CQE Workshop on Quantum Computing Use Cases in Security

Where: Discovery Partners Institute, 200 S. Wacker Drive, Chicago, IL 

Description: This short workshop will facilitate a discussion on the progress and applications of quantum computing in information security, and develop relationships between leaders in industry and research. Through a combination of short talks, demonstrations, and small group conversations, the workshop will discuss recent applications that leverage quantum computing for information security including Quantinuum’s Quantum Origin, binary classification and other QML approaches to detect anomalies or compromises in network traffic data, and others. 

How to attend: Faculty, staff, and advanced students from CQE member and partner institutions and The Bloch Quantum are invited to join. If you would like to attend, please email quantum@uchicago.edu. Space is limited.
