David Shimomura

David Shimomura oversees the larger organizational goals of the CQE, including developing processes, streamlining operations, and implementing events and programs. David Shimomura earned his BA in English from Wesleyan University, and his primary work has focused on meetings and events, both at Wesleyan and the University of Chicago. David began his UChicago career with Alumni Relations and Development and before joining the Chicago Quantum Exchange was most recently a part of the Office of University Events and Ceremonies, aiding campus partners as well as the Office of the President.
